MA Data Security Law Effective Date is now March 1, 2010
On August 17th (2009) the MA Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations ("OCABR) issued amended implementing regulations related to the M.G.L.c.93H data security statute.
Check the www.magov.com website for more specifics.
The effective date of implementing regulations has been extended from January 1, 2010 to March 1,2010.
