Daylight Savings Time Ends
It's here again. Eastern Daylight Savings Time Ends on Sunday, November 1st, at 2:00 am.
Set your clocks back 1 hour (Fall back, Spring forward).
The bad news is, you lose an hour of sleep. The good news is, you will gain it back in the spring.
